The focus of the communication is on the Game of Thrones. We are using so many new and spectacular elements in our digital campaign by drawing inspiration from the series. This allows us to apply unusual and awareness-raising media and creative soltions. For example, the protalhack on Origo or the virtual channel on Port.hu.
HBO GO is the online video library of HBO, where you can find the series and films available from the channel wherever you are by using Internet on any PC, tablet, smartphone, or smart TV. HBO GO currently streams 1300 hours of HBO-specific content - self-produced series with every episode and season. The weekly updated content includes several exclusive videos that you can’t find elsewhere.
The premiere on the 1st of April was one of the peaks in our online campaign. The first episode of the third season was presented on HBO at the same time as the world premiere. Prior to this, it was available on HBO GO that same day but starting in the morning for free, without registration.We are responsible for the media tasks and the campaign management, and related online marketing guidance. Furthermore, campaign creatives adaptation and creation are also our tasks.
