We built our training materials around the marketing opportunities of the chat applications of Facebook Messenger and Viber. However, we presented a broader perspective to our audience about several other popular chat platforms from Snapchat, through Whatsapp til the Chinese chat application WeChat. We prepared our presentations with the intention to give usable knowledge for the participants on how to do chat marketing so once they do it in the near future they already got a kickstart from our training. No matter if we talk about ads that build brand awareness, or posts that build brand relevance at a brand’s Viber feed, or direct messages through mass SMS killer push notifications with the goal of conversion, or even newsletters through chatbots at the two “domestic” chatplatforms that today are already taken as a mass media, those cover all the steps of the marketing communication and brand building. Indeed, automized tools coded in the applications are the revolutionary new field of sales and customer service.
Case studies of our guest performers made the training day even more miscellaneous. Various companies shared their experiences like NoSalty who used the first Viber public account as a media company or Index who launched their funny stickers to the market featuring lizard people, or the famous fashion influencer Festy in Style who already built a Viber account with over ten thousand followers but Talk-a-BOT also accepted our invitation and announced officially the launch of the first Hungarian chatshop at this training such as the favorite Hungarian travel services provider Utazómajom ( Travelmonkey) having very active and high purchase power Viber subscribers.
A famous Hungarian stand-up comedian: Gergely Litkai held a special show at the end of the day in which he shared his experience with the Viber public account of Dumaszínház (the center of Hungarian stand-up comedy) with 100.000 followers. Besides the professional results from his presentation “the road to the future is paved with a stomach cramps” audience could learn what exactly 1 fcm is so what the measuring unit of cuteness measures in reality. The video of this presentation can be watched if you click here or by visiting our Viber public account: chats.viber.com/neointeractive. You can give a try to our funny “agency life generator” Neobot, our funny chatBOT, which made its debut at the Enter!Digital® event, too.
