„Supergrannies” are ordinary, Hungarian pensioners who acted like professional models during the supporting photoshoot for the campaign. According to the elderly, they rarely take on such challenges, but they enjoyed working in the spotlight. During the promotion there were weekly duels between two Supergrannies and their gifts, as they fought for the Vatera users’ votes on the neo-designed microsite, www.vatera.hu/szupernagyik. In accordance with the mechanism weekly changing messages and creatives maintained the users’ interest, 12-13 thousand votes were cast each week. With our creative conception an application named „VoteClash” supported the campaign on Facebook, by which users could get closer to the Supergrannies.
