Digital specialist Neo Interactive established its new division named Neo Partizans in the middle of July, 2009. The division' s main profile is the execution of interactive guerrilla marketing activities.

All the ’partizans‘ operating in the Internet deployments are physically challenged and carry out their tasks from their homes. Neo has a history of many years in organizing and executing different types of guerrilla marketing campaigns; beginning from the very first national B2C online guerrilla marketing campaign (Fanta Vadmálna Boy) through innovative or surprising out-of-home installations (such as the Betsson.com promotion in April, 2009 with Szuper Levente’s hockey stick being frozen in an ice-cube) and the launch of the Szonár word-of-mouth portal to the continuously present viral-seeding actions. In the present economic recession the demand for alternative marketing solutions (that do not require any media spending) has further increased on the part of the customers, which made neo to organize this activity into an independent field, and to support it with dedicated labour force. In Neo Interactive the special task went along with special execution: all new colleagues are physically underprivileged, who nevertheless are able to perform work of full value at the agency due to the opportunities provided by the Internet. The digital advertising agency also won a tender for establishing telecommuting opportunities. Furthermore, the agency’s IT experts prepared specific softwares that help in the coordination and in the quality performance of the tasks. In the future neo aims to enhance the number of the division’s presently five physically challenged colleagues.
